- Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”
1.3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Return Authorization: We will send you a Return Authorization Number and instructions on how to return the product.
- Package the Return: Pack the product securely in its original packaging. Include a copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase and the Return Authorization Number.

2. Costs and Fees
- Shipping Costs: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
- Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 10% of the purchase price may apply for returned items. This fee will be deducted from your refund.
